 Nothing is as it Seems:

Adapting to Coming World Changes

~ Presenter ~

Paul Sperry

Scientist l Researcher l Spiritual Explorer l Former Combat Pilot

Our world has been in a state of turmoil for years as we have faced a global pandemic, financial decline, drought, hurricanes, wildfires, mass shootings and political polarization at every turn. We are continually bombarded with intentional misinformation and fear as societal systems seem unable to keep up or cope.

And yet, this time of uncertainty and instability also presents remarkable opportunities for rapid learning and spiritual growth. In a world of duality, every move toward darkness is accompanied by a corresponding one toward the light. Those who embrace their connectedness from a grounded and balanced state will attract the tools and openings to thrive. Paul will be addressing the larger forces at work, shifting paradigms, ways of discerning the truth, practical solutions and adaptive strategies for transforming seeming obstacles into constructive opportunities.

About Paul Sperry

Our November speaker, Paul Sperry, is an interdisciplinary scientist with a passion for recognizing universal patterns between seemingly disparate disciplines. Holding degrees in chemistry and systems science, he understands that science, like religion, builds upon truths established over time, yet realizes both risk missing revelations when they defend their beliefs as sacrosanct. He considers all possibilities in following where data and grounded discernment lead.

Following military service in Vietnam flying jet fighters, Paul moved to the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, eventually becoming Associate Director of their Chemistry Division. He left to become Executive Director of the Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences comprising over 500 scientists at the University of Colorado. He then left campus in 2006 to investigate earth energy phenomena at remote sites around the world. He co-founded the local chapter of the Society for Scientific Exploration that sponsored 117 presentations over 14 years. He and his wife, Maryann, now live in Longmont, Colorado, where he continues his independent research.
