Our presenters Bo Hanson and Susan Russo have both been veteran dowsers for decades and serve as Board Members on Mile High Dowsers, Colorado (See more details on these individuals below). Dowsing has been around and used for more than 8,000 years. Historic depictions of Dowsing for water with forked branches were documented in the Atlas Mountains of North Africa according to the American Society of Dowsers. More recent documentation confirm Dowsing as an effective tool has been more widely used since the 1500s. Dowsing is not magic, it’s simply a method (or process) of bypassing our intellectual teachings and tapping into our innate soul’s ability everyone has within the core of our being which is deeply embedded in our DNA. Your body becomes a conduit and the results are demonstrated through various devices such as the ones shown in the diagram below. One of the most significant points about dowsing is how to ask the right question which will be covered at our Wednesday presentation. This ancient art of divining has been used effectively for many purposes more actively in recent centuries. Some of the more practical searches include Dowsing for remedies and solutions regarding health matters, finding lost items, making important personal choices and decisions, dealing with pets health and wellbeing, what to plant next to each other in your garden, selecting professionals and contractors, what foods and drugs are most beneficial or problematic for you plus many dozens of other applications…oh yes, don’t forget finding subsurface water sources. : ) Popular Dowsing (Divining) Tools Our two presenters will be sharing many helpful tips and techniques to become more proficient in developing your skills. Bo Hanson teaches Beginning & Advanced Dowsing classes. She is an ordained Spiritualist and Lively Stones Fellowship minister. She studied and researched with several healers and dowsers, most notably, Hanna Kroeger, the Grandmother of Herbs, Raymon Grace, Harold & Gladys McCoy, David Slater. She is a teacher, intuitive, healer, master dowser, and former minister at Hanna Kroeger’s Chapel of Miracles in Boulder, CO. She is also past president of the Mile High Dowsers Chapter of Denver, Colorado.
