The mysteries of past lives, reincarnation, and the possibility of life between lives have long captivated the minds of religious/spiritual seekers, philosophers, psychic intuitives, paranormal researchers, and therapeutic practitioners alike. Whether or not you believe in these concepts is entirely up to you—belief is not a prerequisite for this talk. However, an openness to exploring the depths of the self and the possibility of the soul through the realm of the unconscious and subconscious mind is required.
Have you ever considered re-designing your life by writing your own life script? That’s right, you can step outside your life and view your life experience(s) from a much grander perspective then begin re-writing your own life script from this point forward.
Hypnotherapy is the intentional use of Hypnosis to access the different levels of the subconscious and unconscious mind. Past Life Regression hypnotherapy is a form of hypnosis, taking an individual back in time through their previous lives by accessing memories and experiences that are normally hidden and embedded deep within their conscious mind. The subconscious, or unconscious, mind is where your soul resides in these multiple earthly incarnations.
As a first step in this process, it’s important to recognize your soul is more than a single (or one-time) life experience on this planet. At that point, you begin comprehending your soul is clearly separate (or independent) from your physical body and experiences multiple physical incarnations here on earth. It also becomes obvious you have multiple physical lifetimes here on earth and your spirit remains a constant through these experiences. Your body is just the vehicle your soul travels in. Once you realize this you begin recognizing you can also be the master (guide, or co-creator) in re-designing the outcome of your future incarnations on this planet.
A Past Life Regression is simply the mind’s first stage acknowledging (or recognizing) your soul’s journey on this foundational statement to sink in. Recognizing these stages as a continuum of a much larger soul process creates a more complete picture of your multiple life experiences here on earth. About Sarah:
Sarah Clodius is a practitioner of transformative healing arts, weaving together wisdom from diverse lineages—ranging from altered states in hypnotherapy and breathwork to archetypal mythology in evolutionary astrology. Her heart-centered work is deeply rooted in traditions passed down through adept mentorships and immersive apprenticeships, weaving together psychological insight, spiritual exploration, and embodied healing
In Past Life and Life Between Lives Spiritual Regression, she trained under Dr. Linda Backman of The Ravenheart Center, a licensed psychologist and spiritual author who apprenticed under Dr. Michael Newton of The Newton Institute. She received her N.G.H. Certified Hypnotherapy Training from Eastburn Hypnotherapy Center. In the field of Western Evolutionary Astrology, she apprenticed with world-acclaimed Evolutionary Astrologer and author Steven Forrest. In Integrative Breathwork, she completed a six-year apprenticeship with Deborah Jacobson at Path to Transcendence, part of the heart-centered lineage of breathwork pioneered by Jacqueline Small and influenced by the work of Stanislav Grof.
